I use the EasyBlog Image Wall Module to display the most recent four blogs posted on our web site. I am displaying four blogs in four columns. One image per column. But, if a person blogs without an image then their blog is NOT showing up (which is good because they don't have an image) but it also then only displays three images. The module should continue to display four blogs that HAVE IMAGES. :-)
Thanks, Sean
PS. I have this located towards the bottom of the page at https://www.starch-smart.com under the heading of "Recent Blog Posts".
Hello Sean Carney,

I'm sorry that late reply to this,
Based on your explanation, by default the EasyBlog Image Wall module will not display the number fourth blog post, because the number fourth blog post do not have the image. But i will add this your suggestion in our Easyblog feature request list and see if we can implement in future.

Hello Sean Carney,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Yes, that was correct default behaviour regarding on this module.

If you would like the Easyblog Image wall also show out which blog post don't have the image, it look like the interface is not display very good if you imagine that some of the column didn't have the image.

I only want EasyBlog to show blogs with images. And I want EasyBlog to show four images! What is happening now is that EasyBlog is showing the last four blogs but if the most recent blog did not have an image then EasyBlog only displays three. It should always display the four since my setting is to display four. So the logic needs to be to display the set amount and not subtract any!

Do you know if this has been added as a feature enhancement or a bug fix?

Hello Sean,

We haven't really worked on the modules yet as we are focusing on the extension first

I can understand that!
Hopefully you will add my request to the module timeline since my site module on the home page seems broken because of this little oversight.

Hi Sean,

did you ever manage to set the image wall to only display blogs with images? I too need to do this, or at least have the ability to put a default image where there is no image.

Thank you very much for considering this. It will be so nice to finally have this working in a way that does not appear to be broken. :-)

Hello Sean,

Thanks for the heads up. For the alternative solution, you can follow up to the following forum thread regarding on the easyblog image wall module, http://stackideas.com/forums/easyblog-image-wall-add-a-default-image-for-articles-that-do-not-have-images

Hope that helps
