Thank you.
Hi Charles Henderson ,

Sorry for late reply to this,

May i know your xml file is it uploaded in this folder yet? -> JOOMLA/administrator/components/com_easyblog/xmlfiles (And backup on your existing blog post first so we only process the migration.)

By the way, I tried to access in your Joomla backend and FTP access but i hitting this :

// Backend
Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

//FTP
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Yes, the xml file is in the com_easyblog/xmlfiles/.

The xmlfiles folder did not exist, by the way. I had to create it.

How are you accessing "backend" and "ftp"?

Credentials I gave you are working correctly when I use them.

xxxx

Use the same password I gave you for both.

Hi Charles Henderson,

Sorry for late reply to this,

I've tried to access in your Joomla backend and FTP access, but I still can't access, it seems like you provided that login credential is not working. Perhaps you create a new account again?

*You should put the information in the optional information field below(SITE DETAILS). Don't worry about privacy. Only Support team can view the information.

Check my screenshot below.

I've tested the account again, and it works fine. Perhaps there was an error in the password field.

Here are the credentials again. Please copy and paste. If it fails again, please Skype me at coh998.

Thank you.

Thank you! Can you tell me why it fails when I try to import?

What did you have to fix to make the migrator work?

Thank you.
