Unfortunately that was not possible to reply from backend in current system.

Our administrators have always logged in to EasyDiscuss from the backend and were able to reply from the back end. Is this something that was removed when we upgraded to the latest version of EasyDiscuss?

By default (older version), we already do not have this feature where admin reply from backend.

But it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this in our voice page -> http://stackideas.com/voices/easydiscuss, so everyone else could vote for it, the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it.
