Who's online listing

We have installed EasyDiscuss on second intranet server. On our main intranet server, when DISCUSSION is clicked from the main menu, a listing of Who's online appears. On the second server this Who's online does not appear. We also do not have Recent Discussions appear on the main page on the second server even though it appears on the main server.

On Settings > General > Workflow under Who's Viewing, I have the Who's viewing section set to Enable (Yes).

We are on version 3.2.9534

If anyone can provide guidance, I would appreciate it. ** Note these servers are both internal and cannot be accessed from the outside.

** Addendum to my post:

I've checked the Modules and Who's Online for EasyDiscuss is not in the list. Only the Joomla Who's Online.

For security purposes the site does not have access to or from the Internet. It is locked down for internal use only.

Even though I have updated the extension, do you have any idea why the Who's online module is not appearing?

Hello Anita,

I am really sorry but to be honest with you, I have no idea why the module isn't appearing. It works for me here locally If there's no access to the site, it's really close to impossible to determine why the module doesn't show up unless we have access to debug this.

Thank you for your effort. As I mentioned, it works on one of our sites but not on this second site. The only difference between the 2 are the server PHP versions.
