Currently "Who is viewing this page" in ED appears above comments (Simplistic), is there anyway it can appear below all comments ( At page bottom)?

May I know which EasyDiscuss theme you're using? If you're using simplistic, here I have attached to you a file. Can you please download it and put it in this file: \components\com_easydiscuss\themes\simplistic\post.php and see if this fix resolved your issue.
