Hi there,

Sometime ago I asked the same question, if business page profile will be introduced and Mark confirmed that it will when Groups/Pages will be released. I am just wondering if that is still so?

Thanks in advance,
David.
Yep, that's correct Pages is exactly as what we have on Facebook and we are planning to push Pages for EasySocial in 1.3.

Hi Mark,

I am sorry, maybe I wasn't clear. I wasn't asking about groups. I know that groups is coming in 1.2. I was asking about business profiles.

Hi Mark,

I am a bit unclear. How could a group be a business page. Let's say Apple wants to have an account on my social network. I presume, like Facebook, a real person with an account (profile) will need to create what I call a business page. What you are saying is that they will create a group!

I am sure it makes sense to you guys but it is just that I don't get it

Hello David,

Oh, sorry I thought you were referring to using groups as pages. Pages is pushed to 1.3 because groups seems to be more critical at this point of time.

So am I to understand that pages (which is so far not listed on the 1.3 roadmap) is the equivalent of business pages profile?

Hello David,

Yep, if I understand you correctly, when you mean business page profiles you are referring to Pages, am I correct?

What I am talking about is a business profile page the same as on Facebook. Stackideas have an account on Facebook and it is a business page. I am just asking for the same thing on EasySocial!!

Maybe you can tell me what you feel Pages are?

Thanks in advance

Hello Mark,

It would be great if Pages also serves business directory purposes.
