Hi Folks,
When creating a blog, what is the meaning of the "Apply" button?
My client and I are confused. Because it's next to "save for later" one could assume that the Apply will save the blog for later. We were surprised by the fact that it actually published the post and an email was sent to all subscribers.
Should it not say "Publish" instead of Apply?
But the question remains.... What is "Apply"?
This is actually a feature requested by customers. Apply saves the blog post without closing the composer while publish will save and close the composer.

What is "Update Post" then? This to me would assume a "save but not close"... no?

Hi Gilles,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. "Update Post" button are use to update an existing blog post and publish it out just like the normal "Publish Post" button would do when you first creating a blog post. Basically it will publish the blog post and close the composer accordingly.
