Can you share with us on how to replicate the select and text field text cut off?

Tried with Firefox and Chrome, both looks fine.

As noted, I have installed EasyDiscuss as per the installation instructions. I have made no changes. Frankly, I expected the installation to replicate the look of the demo and possess the same functionality.

Regarding the text cut off, I can see it fine in the Microsoft Edge browser but its problematic in Chrome. The problem with only two lines in the text box is found using both Chrom end the edge browser.

More importantly, can you explain the lack of the tag clould etc that are missing from my installation.

Is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can able to directly test in your site on our different browser and see is it can reproduce this issue?

Do you mean you do not have tag cloud module display on your Easydiscuss page?
If yes, you have to download all the Easydiscuss module from http://stackideas.com/downloads/modules then install in your Joomla.
If you need help on this, I will assists you on this.

Honestly, I don't have the time to go back and forth.

I am trying to install this script so my customer has what he sees on the demo page of your site.

If there are additional modules and plug-ins to install to replicate the demo, can you please articulate a list of the modules and plug-ins that must be installed, what their purpose is, and where they can be found.

Most software providers will include this information with the install instruction or include them in the original download with appropriate instructions.

Is there documentation for these plugins / modules describing what they do?

Is there a reason why you don't include these modules / plugins in the initial download and / or mention them in the installation instructions?

Are there other things that Customers should be aware of?
