From what I can read here, https://twittercommunity.com/t/automatic-cards-whitelisting/34207 they no longer need to whitelist your cards.

Update: I just tested this with our site and it works fine but it seems like there is a *.stackideas.com is whitelisted, http://take.ms/FHzae

I didn't really do anything to whitelist the domain.

Maybe it has to do with this:

I login and setup the information in the plugin.
I show my source and everything is fine.
When i logout and i view my source everything is gone. No metadata to find.

I will add FTP and superuser to first post.

Okay, looks like the same issue with another user. What actually happens is that, MetaMan will construct the current request base on the "request" rather than the url of the current page as the index. However, for some reasons there are some weird values that are being injected in your $_REQUEST.

I have applied a temporary fix for you and will push this in 1.0.6 with the updater server support in Joomla
