Hey, the voyager template has never had a functional mobile menu. You can even test this by going to your demo site and testing the menu by zooming in. This is a serious issue.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like your site hitting some Javascript error, can you try temporary disable your site JCH optimise plugin and clear your backend cache and see how it goes?

If that menu button clickable when you view on mobile, then try re-enable back this JCH optimise plugin and see whether that issue still persists.

If yes, can you update your site backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check.

Hey there,

It seems to be working fine for us. Can you please explain more on how you tested it? And on what configuration?

Everything is set up fine , the menu just doesn't work. Is there an additional area i need to assign a menu to to make it work?

Actually, on my end, even checking your demo site , the mobile menu does not open up for the voyager template at all. The only thing disabling jchoptimize does is allow the menu to move independently of the page.

Thanks

Perhaps you can update your site backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check.

"It has been confirmed to work on mobile devices, try zooming in with your browser, however, and it will not work!"
I sent that to you in my other support ticket. It works on the happen but not when zooming in with a browser, any ideas why? And what is the file that needs to be excluded from jchoptimize?

So you mean now you already turn off JCH optimise plugin? If yes, currently I am not really sure what file need to be excluded yet, I need to login from your site backend and do some testing.

Regarding zoom in issue, is it this is what you mean zoom in from the desktop browser? http://take.ms/G91KJ

If yes, unfortunately this menu toggle button only work on mobile layout, may i know what is the reason why you would like to zoom in until over 150% on the desktop browser?

So you mean when the user access your site on tablet device, you would like show the menu toggle button instead of show out a list of menu on the page?

To be honest, I think it wont be an issue anymore. I just need to figure out what js you guys use to control the menu and exclude it from combination/compression. I will do some research and get back to you with the results of my study.

Thanks for your help!

Oh, actually this is the Voyager Javascript compression file JoomlaFolder/templates/voyager/assets/js/vendors.min.js handling all these.

You're most welcome, keep us update if you need any other assistance.
