I'm not get you here. Did you want the user to vote while creating discussion? If so, I'm sorry but it requires a lot of customization as it is beyond our support scope.

I mean, "user can't create discussion without Poll inside it". So the poll (Voting) is nessesary/requared for creating.

"Title" is requared to fill for creating discussion. Make "Poll" with the same way it's not possible?

When I visit discussion section (lost) I can see count (number) of: Likes, Replyes, views, etc.

Is there any option or customisation to display how much users used poll (voit count)?
