Vote up (or add your thoughts) on my Disqus comment in Gavick's latest blog entry regarding NSP GK5 ... It's one of the best modules out there, and EasySocial integration would be awesome!

Hey Justin,

I think you should be able to integrate this without kind of big modification since ES 1.3 the SI's folks have added a JSON API, mainly to support techjoomla's apps.

Since this module can take JSON data, I'm sure that shouldn't be too much complicate once we can know how their API works

Thanks Alexandre,

I've never played around with JSON. Since the module works with it, maybe it's time for me to learn!

I'm revisiting this from last year...

Is there any documentation regarding JSON for EasySocial? I'm looking at how I can load ES event related information and imagery into Gavick's NSP GK5 module. Might come in handy for ES groups as well.

Hello Justin,

We don't actually have the JSON API available to the public yet. Right now it's all experimental with Techjoomla. As soon as we finalize them on 1.4, we'll be publishing more docs about it. As of now, what you can do is take a look at those view.json.php files
