Hello Team,

We're having difficulties uploading any video of acceptable size. We keep getting the attached message but nothing happens afterwards.

Please assist.

Thanks,

Michael
Hi Michael Ehidiamen,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. I've checked with your Easysocial video settings from backend, it seems like the ffmpeg path still using our default path, can you consult with your Webhosting provider is it got installed ffmpeg in your server? If yes, can you get the ffmpeg absolute path then enter in backend > Easysocial > settings > video > save and see how it goes?

Hello Fadhil,

unfortunately my web host provider do not have this installed. I'll require a dedicated server to get this.

In the mean time, are there any other temporary work arounds to remedy this issue?

Hi Michael Ehidiamen,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. In order to make upload video working we need the ffmpeg installed. Perhaps, you can temporarily disable the video upload by:
1. Click EasySocial>Settings>Videos>Disable Allow Video Uploads

Have a nice day ahead
