Video chat - opinions?

Hey guys, Im looking into getting easySocial and want to know if its possible to integrate the Joomla Video Conference app from videoWhisper.

Or any other good video conference options out there. I see AVChat is an option, but I think it's a bit too rough for what I'd like to do.

Are there any experienced developers people would recommend to help me integrate video conferencing into my my easySocial site?
