When using a video as a post cover the open graph image that is used by default is

components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/images/placeholder-video.png

If for example i add a Youtube video Is there a way to grab the Youtube thumbnail and use it as OG image instead?
If this is complex maybe adding the option for publisher to use a custom thumbnail image whenever using a video as a cover would do the job.
Trying to contribute to the beta testing but i'm not sure if it's ok to write suggestions aswell and not only bugs. Please let me know.
Regards
Unfortunately, it is not possible to grab the external video thumbnail image easier because some of the external video providers don't put their main video thumbnail into the page source e.g. Opengraph metadata

So end up we can grab the video thumbnail image from some of the video providers but not all.

Also, we need to concern about the internal video as well, most of the users also will like to grab the video thumbnail image automatically when they use an external video link or internal video file.

And yes, you can submit this feature request on our voice page so we will see if a lot of people want this feature in the future.
