After installing komento my cpu usage was increased 20 times. It was below 5% before and it increased to 98% after installing Komento. I love this component, if you could help me with fine tuning then it would have been great.
Hello Thomas,

It really depends on why and how much data is involved. I can only tell you if I have the access to the site to check on this. By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with Komento. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

Kindly read my whole writings. How would you expect me to keep komento while my account is getting repeatedly restricted due to resource over usage. If I keep Komento then I would be forced to find a much higher hosting package which I will not be able to afford now.

When I searched internet I found that this is not an isolated issue as many are facing the same. But none of the solutions can't be implemented as the options itself are not there. So please help asap.

Sorry for late reply to this,

Can you try temporary disable this option "Send mail on page load" from your backend and see can help much here?

Hello Thomas,

It's hard to actually figure out why the cpu usage is high on your site when you enabling the Komento without having the direct access to your site. If you can give us your site access we can determined what is actually causing the issue of high cpu usage. Hope you understand

Sorry my friend, I can't provide you backend access as it is a production site with pretty good amount of traffic. If you or I enable the component, the CPU will be overloaded the very first second and my account will be banned. So please give me an offline solution which I myself can implement on the site.
I know that mine is not an isolated issue as I found lots of similar posts on the internet regarding the cpu over usage of komento component.

Hello Thomas,

If you can't provide us with the access, there is no way for us to troubleshoot this. We don't face any load issues on our local instances and we even have Komento running on our main site at http://stackideas.com/blog and we don't have any load issues at all. The servers has been running fine for the past couple of years without having any performance issues. I guess it depends on the set of data that you have on the site and how we can fine tune this for you.

I don't know what is happening here, but I definitely know that it has everything to do with Komento. These are the few links in your forum itself regarding the same, posted by others;

If you have found solutions for the above issues please share it with me.

These issues are actually all different issues but since you are reluctant to provide us with the access, I can't really tell what is hogging the cpu.
