Hi,
we are using latest version of PayPlans im combination with EasySocial and Joomla4.

We habe defined two groups with associated plans.
Group 1 is for private users while group 2 is for companies.

We are using Registration Integration: Default Built-In from PayPlans

When a user selected a plan he is getting the order form with fields to be filled.
But on this form we would like to remove TAX ID, Company Name and State and just use the address fields and name, username, email and password only.
Because a private user is not required to provide TAX information.

Later on in the process the user can provide all the details in the EasySocial form individually whether it is private person or company.

Where can we disable the fields and customize the PayPlans initial registration form ?
See uploaded screenshot

Unfortunately, we do not have a setting to turn off the billing details field for a specific plan unless the plan is free.

If your plan is free, you can turn off these billing details from this free plan configuration page. (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/likxo2OrEY6NM8tblQjooV1qK8Qxj3 )

So you can add your own custom field for this specific free plan from the backend > components > payplans > users > custom details

https://stackideas.com/docs/payplans/administrators/users/custom-details

Hope this will help.

Hi Arlex,

thanks for the fast reply and clarification.

That is o.k. and we can workaround the problem with paid plans.
With free plans it is o.k.

Best regards
Markus
