Users' signature not visible even after setting to Yes.

users' signature not visible on the site even though I have set it to be visible on the following setting:

ED-->backend-->Setting-->layout-->users-->show user Signature=Yes

NOTE: I am working on my test domain parthverma.com only for a few days and have kept my main url: http://www.asklaw.in down for maintenance.

We did an investigation and made sure all settings on your backend is turned on in terms of displaying user signature. However, for some reason, signatures are still not showing up on your posts. In order to further look into this, can you provide me your ftp access info?

It seems like that was a bug, can you try download my attached file and replace into this file and see how it goes?
