Hello.

Users are not able to upload new profile pic and cover photo.

EasySocial is a little bit outdated (v 1.1.6) because we are re-building the whole website, but we definitely want this to work properly until our new version.

Can you please help?

We have addressed this issue on the latest version. Can you kindly please update EasySocial to the latest version.

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply,

Yes, it seems like you're using very older version, I would personally advise you backup all your existing customization file from your Easysocial, after that update to latest version Easysocial and match back with your customization file.

Thanks for the update, and I am sorry for the late reply.
We can help you update EasySocial to the latest, but you need to backup all your customization on your site because update process will override all EasySocial core files.

Please advise.

I have made a backup.

I would like please to have a 20minute notice before you start the upgrade process and a notice when you are done, in order to inform users for the downtime.

Can we do this please? Can you inform me through skype for example?

I am sorry for the late reply.
You can inform your users that we'll doing maintenance and it would have a slight glitch. However, I am suggesting to you to go offline for awhile so that there is no interruption during the update process.

Please bear in mind that update process will override all existing customization on your site. Please let us know when you're ready.
