Hi

This is what I have done before I encountered "Warning
You can't access the private section of this site." when I tried to log in as one of users.
( This is a test user )

1. Create various user groups copying the core "-Registered" via JOOMLA > Users > Group
2. Create various Easysocial profile type, each one of them is assigned to a different permission group.
3. Due to the error, I added "-Registered" to the user, Then I could log in.

I thought other custom user group are copy of the core "-Registered" user group, Permission would be exactly same. Why do you think I have the error?
Is it because "Joomla Global Config > User Manager > New User Registration Group" is remained "-Registered"?

Please advise what I need to modify in order to allow them to login the site?

Many thanks

Hisako
Hello Shimizu,

It seems like you does not allow user group "Dog Owner" to login to your site based on the setting from your joomla backend > global configuration > permission > dog owner > site login. I've enabled the site login for the particular user group, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-05-26_1602.png and the test user are able to logged in to your site now.

Hope these help.

Hello Hisako.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I can't replicate this issue in my local. Can you provide us with joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly?

Hi

Site details added, please take a look?
My question still remains the same, why do I have to assign "registered" user group ?

Thanks

Yes, it helps so much.
I thought every setting has been replicated from user group called registered when I duplicated it for different user group.

Thanks so much,
