I've made all of the folders shown in that file writable. Do you know if there is a max timeout or max filesize for the export?

I've checked your site and seems like it is not max timeout or max filesize issue. It is your memory_limit. You might want to increase your memory_limit to 256MB or 512MB and see how it goes.
