Does anybody know how I can give users the ability to add fields to to their profile.

I am looking to add Education as part of the profile so I would like user to have the ability to fill in

School:
Date attended:
Field of Study:
Grade:

(hit save) Save

ADD MORE EDUCATION <--- this would duplicate the fields above and allow them to add more education.

I would also like to do the same for Work Experience.

Thank you
Hello Melanie,

I'm sorry but it is not possible to have the 'Add More' fields feature in Easysocial.

It could partly be achieved with Custom fields under the Profile type. We do something similar... However, you will not be able to do the save and repeat or 'add more'. Best would be to provide say 3 places for them to add this detail...

Hello Melanie,

This functionality is scheduled to be in EasySocial 2.0 which is after 1.4 as we will be restructuring the custom fields on 2.0

Team StackIdeas, any idea what timeframe we could be looking at for ES 2.0? Would it be still in 2015 or later? I am sure that most of your users would appreciate better communication on ETAs for products or developments from you. e.g. EB5, it is still not clear and has not been clear at any point during the past (nearly a year) of when we could actually expect EB5.

Your team does a great job and we all really value that and support you, but could you please try and keep us in mind and provide us with better ETAs?

thanks....

I am sorry but there is no ETA on this yet currently. We have already posted most of our updates on the blog and there will be another update shortly which would explain why we are switching into 2 different branches of 1.4 and 2.0
