I cant seem to be able to replicate your issue from my end. When i go to my profile page and click on 'Article' app, the links did show in seo form.

Can you pass me your Joomla backend admin access and your ftp account so that I can investigate your issue further?

The links on the profile stream is correct, but when you click on the Articles App to filter only articles you get this url:
community/profile/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=363:maroc-bloque-dans-un-hotel-de-casablanca-abdoulaye-wade-parle-a-rfi&catid=8&Itemid=353

Ah sorry I missed out the Article widget
I've applied the same fix to the article widget on your site and now the links is generated in sef mode
