Currently, when editing a blog title (page name), it automatically creates the URL. While this makes it simple for new blogs, it can reek havoc with SEO and broken links if you don't manually modify it after making changes to the title.
I would like to suggest that this behavior is the default for new blogs only. When editing an existing entry I would like to see the permalink field locked. You could then add an edit button next to or under the permalink field that allows for it to be edited automatically, and even perhaps a global switch in settings for those who prefer one behavior over the other.
