Upgrade issues

Hi Support

I attempt to upgrade from ES 1.3.25 to 1.4.1 using the admin panel, and installation goes well.

However, I still get the message "EasySocial v1.3.25 — Outdated" when opening backend. Do you know why?

Hello Peter,

You can see this post for solution:
In your browser settings, flush the cache, then refresh the page. That should fix the problem. Probably best to flush the Joomla cache as well to ensure that the frontend runs properly after upgrading.

Thanks for the reply.

I tried in three different browsers both before and after emptying browser and Joomla cache. But still same issue. Strange?
