hey guys, I am unable to update easyblog to the latest version. It get stucked at 45%. I downloaded the launcher and I am still stuck at 45%. Please advise.

Thanks
I've tried to access in your digitalocean account, but it seems like you provided that login credentials is not working.

Perhaps you can try this following step and see how it goes?

STEP 1 : Truncate this table run this query in your database
TRUNCATE TABLE  `chry_easyblog_acl_group`;

Step 2 : After you truncate all the record in this table `chry_easyblog_acl_group` then try upload the launcher installer through in Joomla installer and see how it goes?

STEP 3 : If the installation is work fine, then re-save all the ACL user group settings from backend > Easyblog > ACL > select each acl user group > click save.

Hope this help.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Can you provide us with your PHPMYADMIN access?

Because I suspect that is because of this time out issue -> http://stackideas.com/forums/upgrade-from-5-0-19-to-5-0-20-hangs-at-45#reply-216651

Is it can access your database through this digitalocean?

If yes, can you provide us that access and guide us how to access your database?
