I suspect your firewall still blocked us to login in your backend, you can take a look of my video here : http://screencast.com/t/TTOewWrD9a

It keep redirect back to Joomla backend instead enter your Joomla backend dashboard.

By the way, this is my current IP address 175.145.128.152

Yes, I am trying login from your backend cintabro.com/administrator but It still can't able to login, you can watch back my video here : http://screencast.com/t/TTOewWrD9a

By the way, can you try upload launcher installer through your Joomla backend installer?

Then select first option (Install via network) > insert your API key > select your correct/valid license > click next and see what error are you facing?

I have disabled the firewall, so should be ok. I have done already what you said. If I use API its just spins with loading, no error message. When uploading component to /setup/packages it goes to the next step and then fails on unpacking component

Hey Abraham,

It's not allowing me to login to the site as it just redirects me back to the login page. Also, please set your domain to cintabra.com for your license.

It seems like I still hitting the same issue what I facing just now, you can take a look of my video here : http://screencast.com/t/N8yzdAFr0A1

Hm, I do not know what wrong with your Joomla backend, I remember we can access your backend previously, did you configure any blocked other country to login in your backend?

Perhaps you can consult with your webhosting provider regarding this?

Hm, I am not really sure is it your robot blocking me, but I believe that is not, perhaps you can check with your robot file and .htaccess file as well?

By the way, I access your site in Malaysia.

I have found the major issue. I restored site from 3.4.8 and now it works fine and is installed, but I do not dare to upgrade to 3.5.1

Hey there,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Hm, that was strange because our customer Easyblog installation do not getting any issue from their Joomla 3.5.1 version.

May i know is it possible create another test site (e.g. subdomain) so that we can test on your site? Since now we can't access your backend at all

Abraham,

This is getting no where. I have tried checking your site and I believe Admin Tools is performing those redirects. As soon as I renamed the folder /plugins/system/admintools on your site, it no longer redirects us. Can you please turn this plugin off?

Anyway, since I was able to access the admin page, trying to login with the login credentials is not working either, http://screencast.com/t/XdBxfia3WGKX
