I have problem when I upgrade from 1.3.31 to 1.4.1
The backend template was different.
Can you finger out which error I can to fix?

Have you cleared your browser cache? You might want to try that first. If this doesn't helps, you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here.
