Hello,

I'm trying to upload media to the "my media" location but the system is responding with, "Unable to prase server response". Any ideas?

Thanks!
Todd
Hello Todd,

Can you try out the recommendation here, http://stackideas.com/forums/disable-dfi-shield and see if you still hit this issue?

Hello Todd,

I have tried to access your site and I believe you are hitting issues because of Admin Tools. You need to follow the guide here, http://stackideas.com/faq/easyblog/i-have-issues-uploading-images-in-media-manager to turn off DFIShield

The "Update Site Details" page has been updated with the administrator page username/password that Akeeba requires to log in.

Hello Todd,

The login / password is not working for the password protection area. Anyway can you please follow my guide above and see if the problem still persists?

I'm sorry, I had the Joomla user set to 'registered' instead of superuser. The details in the "update site details" page are correct and working now.

Please review http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site for my profile.

the info for "Site Details" is what you use to log into joomla
the info for "Additional Details" is what you use to get past the Akeeba password protection pictured in your screencast - http://screencast.com/t/pR5lYgWT

The username/password combination is different for both.
