It seems like I install other module/plugin/extension, also facing same problem.

Try edit this file JoomlaFolder/configuration.php

public live_site = "http://yourdomain.com";



//Change to 

public live_site = "";

And try install again and see how it goes.

If still unable to install, can you provide us with your FTP access so we can better have a look?

By the way, in the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies.

I still am unable to upgrade. I have activated your ftp.

It seems like you provided that Joomla backend and FTP access is not working for me.

When I tried to access your Joomla backend :

Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet.

When I tried to access your FTP server :

Command:	PASS **********

Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server

Please advise.
