Unable to subscribe to blog

Hello Guys,

I use EB 3.9. I set from ACL that public use can subscribe, but I receive an error message like as seen in screenshot.

Please advise. (I have Admin Tools)

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
It seems like known issues from Joomla 3.2, and I already help you solved it, what i did is go to backend > User > User Manager > Option > re-save, then it work fine now.

Hello Zafer,

Could you mind provide us with a temporary access to your Joomla backend (as admin) and an FTP access so we can check that issue and see where the problem is coming from? Please advise.
