Unable to scroll page with ES 4.0 and the Mobile template

When the mobile template is enabled none of the pages are scrollable so you can't view content that is off the page
It is a known issue from the mobile web template app, we will release this app when we release the stable version of Easysocial 4.

The reason is that this is a paid app so we can't release it to the public.

For now, you can temporarily disable this mobile web template plugin now.
