Unable to RENEW my EasySocial

I am trying to renew my EasySocial but it is failing. I believe this is because I am an early adopter. I believe this happened to me last year when I renewed. Basically when I click on the Renew Now button I get a error that says:

StackIdeas View Order
Not Found
We were unable to find the requested file or resource.

Yes, you're one of our early adopters for the yearly subscription of EasySocial Advanced. According to our system, your next bill will occur on the 16th October 2015, it will auto-deduct from your credit card or paypal account. If it doesn't, kindly refer to my email. Hope this helps!
