It seems you are using Komento free version. FYI, currently only the Wireframe theme is available with Komento free version. Therefore, you are advised to switch to Wireframe theme if you are still using Kuro theme. If you would like to continue using Kuro theme, you can purchase a Komento Pro subscription as described here. You can also received priority domain support with a valid subscription. Hope this solves your issue.
