in backend side components -> EasyBlog -> Blogs -> editing or adding new blog
by clicking on "Insert Media" -> "Upload a Media from my computer", it will open popup.
Now as in "screenshots" I had uploaded png file.

In attached uploaded.png you can see file is uploaded 100%
In attached error.png you can see error "unable to parse server response"

please provide solution for this issue.
Hello Curtis,

Did you have "Admin Tools" installed on your site? If yes try to add "com_easyblog" in WAF exception and then try again. If the problem still persist perhaps you can provide us Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly.

Please advise

here i had mentioned site details, you can access com_easyblog component at backend.

For FTP details: do you really want FTP details and
if Yes ! than which folders you need to access on FTP ?

Hello Curtis,

I have checked your site and it seems like someone has actually added these codes on the site, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-28_1708.png

I have no idea where it is coming from and I need the ftp access to the entire site to look for these codes. These codes are not generated anywhere from EasyBlog

Hello Curtis,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

We've search high and low for the possible cause of this issue but we couldn't find it. Perhaps there was a issue with the version of easyblog on your site right now which is an old version. Perhaps it is possible for you to permit us to update your easyblog version with the latest one and see if the problem solve afterwards? Just in case you've perform some sort of core modification of your easyblog component, please perform a backup of your site so that any modification change will not lost after the update.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Hello Curtis,

When I remove the additional code from your controller.php file http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-04-02_1647.png , the upload is working fine afterwards. Check my screenshot here, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-04-02_1646.png

May I know what is that code for? The code is causing the ajax to stop at the end of the process after the photo uploaded to your server, thus returning the error. I've temporarily remove the code and create a backup of your customization (controller.php_bak).
