Hi romagromov,

Can you provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can inspect the issue and provide you with the required fix. I cannot replicate this issue with our local and it could be several issues regarding this.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Hello,

I've checked your site and seems like your $live_site in configuration.php is not empty. Can you make it empty and see how it goes?

$live_site=''

Hello,

I still can see your $live_site is not empty. Can you make it empty so we can continue checking on your site?

As I already wrote, I always have this parameter filled, because some extensions needs it.
Also, I already wrote that ES works with this parameter perfect (before).
Moreover, I do not understand why joomla configuration affects the operation of third-party components.
I disabled this parameter for you, but this is bad idea for other extensions.

Hello,

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding earlier. If it does affect other component, you can enable it back. We will continue debugging your site.

Hello,

I'm sorry but we are still identifying the cause of this issue. Can I update your Easysocial to the latest version? Do you have any modified file? so that I can backup before update.

By the way, can you provide us with your error log file so that we can investigate on this also?
