we are trying to install easydiscuss the following domain http://www.keyprogtools.com/2016touch but nothing worked. We tried to via the launcher, all requirements were met but our license would not appear. We tried later via uploading the component and choosing it but it would not extract to complete. this is urgent.
The first we purchased the extension and never used it and now we renew it and not working
