Hi

I have a new Joomla 3.5.1 installed in my Cent OS 7 local server. I am able to install all other extensions except for easyblog. I get below Warning and Error message.

Warning
Table 'joom_db.#__easyblog_configs' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `params` FROM `#__easyblog_configs` WHERE `name`='dbversion'
Error
Error installing component

Can you help please?

Regards
Yogi
Hi Yogesh Navaneethan,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hey Yogesh,

Can you help me double check your backend credentials because I still cannot access your backend. Try to setup FTP if you can in case we need to troubleshoot from the ftp side. Thanks.

Hey Yogesh,

Do you previously have EasyBlog installed here? The reason I asked is because there are backups of EasyBlog in your database(refer to screenshot).

Can you also help us set up a FTP account so I can help you troubleshoot this issue further? Thanks.

Hello Raymond

I have setup the FTP account now and updated the ticket with the details.

I used J2XML to migrate the content and it might have copied the eblog tables over.

Once I installed easyblog, I will need to migrated easyblog from my old site.

Regards
Yogi

Thanks but, what was the problem Arlex? Anything to do with Joomla or some other issue?

Also, can I delete those easyblog backup tables as I will be importing them from my current website?

Regards
Yogi

Hey Yogesh,

How are you migrating the data from your current website? Is the current version running on the latest version?
