Hi Guys,

Unable to update to EB 5.0.30 and cannot reinstall 5.0.26.

Keep getting this error:
Unable to extract site.zip file. Please contact support.

Tried several times over the last 24 hours.

This is the first time we've ever had problems with an install/update.

Any ideas?

Turns out this was a server-side issue.

EB all installed and working beautifully!

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. I try access you backend admin site but i'm hitting error message "No configuration file found and no installation code available. Exiting... "

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?
