Hello, I have been getting this error since install, I do not have the admin tools component installed. Also gives me errors on media uploads most of the time. Any help is appreciated.
Hello Michael,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems like you have created index.shtml on your site, thus causing some ajax issue on your site. I've renamed your index.shtml to index.shtml_bak and also your .htaccess and everything is working fine now when I tried to create folder in media manager. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-05-28_1052.png

Hope these help.

Hi Michael Yanda,

Sorry for late reply to this,

I noticed you have added some custom restrict rule in your .htaccess, because after I tested in your site, it seems like when the site do the ajax call, your server blocked something, so hitting this parsererror, can you temporary backup your current .htaccess file and use back the original code and see how it goes?

Pretty sure this is not a server config error, I am using easyblog on 2 domains on the same server, no issues with the other one.

Thanks for getting this resolved. index.shtml is still the live site (I am preparing a release with this Joomla version), so I re-enabled the file for now.

I appreciate the support.
