I upgraded my active site (i.e everything was working ok) and I note that Twitter Autoposts are corrupt.

The Twitter post has the text "Publishedanewblogentry{title}in{category}.{link}" which has no spaces and is all in blue (ie. its a URL) and the URL is broken.

Martin
Hi Martin Lines,

I've tested the autopost in my local and it seems to be working fine here.
Check my screenshot: http://screen.stackideas.com/twitter-autopost.png
Can you provide us the ( twitter , ftp ) access for us to have a better view?

Thats because the server does not support FTP. It supports SFTP on port 22

I have checked access using the username and password I supplied and it works ok

Hi Maritin Lines,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply,

I have tried to access in your FTP access, but it show me this directory folder, take a look of my screenshot below.

The Twitter post has the text "Publishedanewblogentry{title}in{category}.{link}" which has no spaces and is all in blue (ie. its a URL) and the URL is broken.

I'm still a little bit lost here, because I can access the link when the blog autopost to your Twitter social media, check my video link : http://screencast.com/t/lsvQSyhqE
If I missing something from your meaning, can you elaborate more detail regarding with your current issues as well? Please advise.

Hi,

The SFTP account is working just fine. That directory is the home directory for user account you are using. You have to navigate around the server to directory you wish to access. Its a full Linux server hosting a number of websites. I have changed the home directory to the root of the websites for you.

The twitter entry you are accessing is a previous "good" entry. I deleted the bad entry as it was not good on my live website to have broken twitter links. I have posted a new blog entry to give you a broken twitter entry to look at

Hi Martin,

I am sorry for the delayed reply.

I seem can't replicate this issue using this provided user. Perhaps you can provide us access of the user who hit this error so that we can further assist you on this issue.

By the way, I have apply some fix on your site. Can you try autopost a blog using the user who hit this issue.

Please give it a try and please update us back on this.
