I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. It seems like you are using EasyBlog Community, as you refer to the EasyBlog's Plan, for EasyBlog Community's user cannot remove the Powered By EasyBlog For Joomla! . In order to remove it, you need to upgrade your plan to EasyBlog Pro.

You are most welcome Neil . Actually the widget is use for our company purpose and it is not for sale . But, the similar feature is available in incoming EasyDiscuss4 where the user can see either the support is online or offline (see this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/t5cNkmKFh ) .

With the Pro version, is the only folder/file change(s) between its basic version just the branding or are there some "bell and whistle" goodies being thrown in that are essential? In other words, is it better to install everything or can I just install the one file to write over?
