Trouble installing Easyblog

Hi,

When uploading the package file I get the following errors (screenshot in attachment)
Warning
JLIB_INSTALLER_ERROR_NOTFINDJOOMLAXMLSETUPFILE

JLIB_INSTALLER_ERROR_NOTFINDXMLSETUPFILE

Error
JLIB_INSTALLER_ERROR_NOTFINDXMLSETUPFILE

Path does not have a valid package

Needless to say the installation is unsuccessful.

Any help to get me going appreciated. Thanks

Hello Damen,

Have you tried to install it via Directory? If the problem still persist, kindly provide us with joomla access and FTP access so we can help you with the installation.

Please advise.

Thanks for your response. I have tried install via file upload but I get the same error message

Happy to give Joomla & FTP access to resolve but obviously not via forum.
