I went through all the various remedies to an still have the failure is there something else that I can do thanks?

The acl group count is 333
I also ran the trunkcate on the acl group table

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. What issues are you having here? Are you having issues upgrading EasyBlog?

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

It is a new install easy blog always fails at Yes I can I will setup a temporary account do need the a CMS administrator (Joomla) account also? How do I get the login id and password? The process fails at post clean up I tried the various suggestions on the previous posts they did not work.

Okay added site access details to dashboard sorry for the long delays as I work part time on this I can provide cpanel (which is total admin access including phpmyadmin) just need an e-mail to send invite it lasts only 48 hours.
