please check that file, probably something else is wrong here or your language files are damaged.

you are right, I just checked the file and it's available in line 792.... - but it is not translated on the page......

it looks as there's something really wrong going on at your site. because not only this issue but also the commenting and features stream problem you have should now work fine as you can see in my pic here: http://screencast.com/t/LNLnaCZIg

unfortunately, as I'm not part of stackideas support, I don't have access to your backend or ftp so I can't check where this problem may come from, but I'm sure one of the support guys will come up with a solution after checking your site.
