It seems like that FTP login credential is working now, but it didn't point us to your Joomla root folder, check my screenshot below.

By the way, can you consult with your Webhosting provider regarding this issues? When i trying to login in your frontpage and backend, i hitting this :

0 Cannot open file for writing log

Based on that error message is probably come from your Joomla root folder/tmp and logs folder and make sure those folders are writeable.

Also, can you try my solution at above regarding with your language not get translated.
Open this file -> JoomlaFolder/administrator/language/pt-BR/pt-BR.com_easysocial.ini then copy that language string i provided at above and paste in this file.
