It seems like your current template override the styling and conflict with Easysocial toolbar module. Check my screenshot below.
I have applied some CSS fix in your JoomlaFolder/templates/ireview3/css/template.css

.es.mod-es-toolbar .collapse{

	display: block !important;

}

It should work fine now.
