HI there,
I just updated to the the 5.0.22 software and found the that toolbar isn't showing the icons. I've attached a screenshot. Firefox is on the top, with Chrome beneath it.
It's probably a simple fix.
Thanks for your help.

Colin
It was really simple. I wasn't putting the "www" before my URL. Just make sure to add that to your hyperlinks or address bar and you'll be set.

Hey Colin,

Are you running on any CDN? Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hi Mark,
Thanks for the quick reply. We aren't using any CDN (content delivery system). We're much too small for that.

Also, instead of FTP access, (which my IT supervisor recommends to NOT use) could you give us any suggestions on what to look for?

Colin

Hi Colin,

May I have the url of your site so we can take a closer look on the issue first hand? If possible kindly provide us with your Joomla backend access as well so we can take a look on your configuration settings.
