I have checked your site and it looks like the JA Purity iii template is enforcing it to be dropped down using javascripts. I am not really sure where they have placed these codes as the javascript codes has already been minified. Is it possible for you to contact Joomlart to check on this? If it was done via CSS, it could be fixed easily but if they have utilized javascripts to attach events on the DOM element, it's a little tricky and it needs to be fixed on their javascript
