i just updated to version 1.3.1 of EasySocial and have found a few things. I will open a new ticket for each one.

The first one is that the button that says "Toggle Submenu" in the social toolbar does not actually toggle the menu. Instead it creates a duplicate of the menu items and aligns them to the center which doesn't work on my site.

Here is the site: https://www.starch-smart.com/social
OK. So, I got a few hours of sleep and had a sudden realization that somehow my browsers must be caching wrong data even though I had 'emptied the cache' multiple times on the local browsers. I also realized that my NoNumber CDN (using CloudFront) and my JCH Optimize settings could also be the problem.

So, I tested with Firefox and Chrome and still had the Toggle Submenu button showing.
Then I turned off the CDN for Joomla.
I also turned off JCH Optimize.
I cleared the Cache within JCH Optimize.
I cleared the cache on both browsers.

Then I tested both browsers and the Toggle Submenu button went away. Yay!
Then I turned back on JCH Optimize and NoNumber CDN for Joomla
I cleared all the cache's again
i retested with both browsers
We seem to have success

Sorry to have taken so much of your time on this. Hopefully this post might help somebody else!

Arlex, the picture you sent looks really good. I discovered I can get mine to look that nice if I reduce the width of my web browser. So, something is wrong with the responsiveness I guess when I widen my browser window. I am attaching another image of the home page that has a module on it for EasySocial in the Grid1 position. Come to think of it I believe is this popup submenu would align to the left instead of the center here it would look fine.

I wonder if the Tobble Submenu button is even supposed to be displayed when my browser window is wide?

Hello Sean,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Oh, because I would like to try reproduce in your issues so I tried to minimize the browser screen, because that toggle menu will not show out if you open your browser window is wide, check my screenshot below. But I'm still not able to reproduce on this, am i missing something here?
is it just access in your web homepage only can reproduce this issues? Please advise.

What web browser are you using? Now I find this really odd because on my screen shows the Toggle Menu button which should NOT be there. I am using Firefox for windows.

Something must be different from your user permissions and mine. The login you have is a super user and the login I am using is not. I wonder if that might be the diffference? Testing now....

Nope. I just logged into the site as a super user and still see the Toggle Submenu button. I am completely baffled, and somewhat frustrated, because you keep seeing something completely different on my site. I can't yet understand why I get the button on my screens and you do NOT get it on yours.

Hello Randall,

Is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

I would personally prefer that you start a new thread instead.
